Postal orders
Due to the nature of baked goods, we can’t offer refunds or exchange cookies.
If you provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If our postal provider had multiple delivery attempts and you haven’t collected it, and it gets returned, we can’t offer a refund or replacement.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please send us a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we can’t assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@mutiny.com.au to request a return. If accepted, we will issue next steps via email.
