We’re not just about baking cookies! Our mission is to make the world a bit better, one cookie at a time. If you’ve got an idea to challenge the status quo and improve something, we’d love to hear from you!
All our cookies contain wheat, dairy, and egg. Some may contain soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. You can view the cookie product page to get specific ingredients and allergen warnings. If you have a severe allergy, please consult a medical professional before trying our cookies.
Store your cookies at room temperature in a cool, dark place. Check the best-before date on the package and follow the care instructions included in your box.
Our cookies are baked fresh with zero preservatives, so they’ll will stay fresh for 7 days. If you need to keep them longer, pop ’em in the freezer once they arrive. They’ll keep good for at least one month frozen.
Orders
We bake every order fresh, just for you. This means your cookies will be baked and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. From there, it typically takes 1–2 additional business days for delivery to your door.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to fast-track orders as we process them in the order they’re received. If you need cookies ASAP, visit us at one of our market stalls to grab your favourites in person.
We’re unable to hold or schedule orders for a particular day or time. All orders ship within 2 business days of being baked. Delivery times vary depending on your location, so please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
Our cookie boxes are thoughtfully curated for the ultimate tasting experience, and we currently offer only the flavours listed on our product pages. Custom boxes or flavour swaps aren’t available at this time—thanks for understanding!
If your order is still within the delivery time frame provided at checkout, hang tight—it’s on its way! If it’s past the estimated delivery range, please email us at hello@mutinycookies.com, and our team will assist you in tracking it down.
